I have hexagon which I haven't used much and 3DCoat as well which I have used for UV mapping some dresses I made for G5 Gwynn in Shetchup when I was learning about physics cloth when iClone 6 was released. Thank you vidi Thank you for the Retopo reference. Cool! I've seen a Hexagon tutorial by vidi, and I followed it easily even though it was in German. That video was a silent speed demo to show the fun to be had with 3D Coat. ) I'm trying to translate.ĭon't worry about the German. Just skin textures.I like tessellation Edit Oh, she does have shoes on and this one shows why I wanted to remove the butt crack This model is a naked CC character with no clothing or accessories. Once I have finished texturing this one that is.still got a lot to do to it. I think I'm going to give that a go next. I also have a few tutorials for using hexagon to generate clothing on a character. After using hexagon a few times now I quite like it. Thought you might like to see the result of texturing the skin of the CC model I altered in Hexagon. There is one on making a gun from start to finish which I watched in order to figure out what buttons did what you might want to take a peak gives an idea of the workflow etc etc. ![]() There are quite a few tutorials on youtube which are pretty good. I just have to remember to record myself when I am making an object. I dont like the autoretopo tool I tend to do manualy retopoogy so my tutorials will probably be with manual. I was going to one day make some tutorials because its an excellent tool. Damn it, the next time i choose the english UI in short swoooopish Select the Object in the VoxTree and RMB choose autoretopo and now follow the instruction of Guide > thats all.
